E-Lojiks  Technology developed a Communitiy Issue Registration System to help the Monitoring and Evaluation team to manage the community cases. The tool was developed using Microsoft Excel with the following capabilities:

• Back-end powered by Visual Basics and Macros
• Add New Cases or Issues
• Update cases / issues
• Track how long it takes to complete a case
• Dashboard for data and reporting
