Electronic Medical Records System
Built for private clinics and hospitals that need one reliable place for patient information. Registration, consultation notes, lab results, x-rays, pharmacy and billing all live in the same system, so doctors, nurses, radiologists, pharmacists and lab staff are always looking at the same record.
Most clinics don't start out looking for software — they start out losing time. A file that's gone missing, a lab result that never made it to the doctor's desk, a receptionist retyping the same patient details for the third time this week. The EMR exists to close those gaps.
Every department works from the same record. When a doctor adds a consultation note, the pharmacist sees it before the patient reaches the counter. When a lab result comes back, it's attached to the patient file automatically, not handed across on a slip of paper. Billing pulls directly from what was actually done, not from memory at the end of the day.
We built this system for a private clinic in Port Moresby that was still running on paper files and a shared spreadsheet. Three years later it's still their daily system, and it's grown alongside the clinic as they've added services.
